Requirements:
Scripter - To become a scripter you would be known of both LUA and XML and you should be able to create own scripts by your own.
NPC Scripter - You should be able to script all kind of NPC's. Example an NPC giving you quest missions and so on.
URL-Developer - You have to be known of both SQL and PHP Scripts.

(optional): Well my weirdest server i managed i kinda been feeling he server started to lag and so i asked the hoster and he said he got tired and doesnt care any more so he started giving out items and running and geting players bps when they died, so i told him and he is a fully grow man and im a teenager , i told him to stop it or he would ruin the whole server so i told him to stop but he didnt then i said would you let everyone her down if you would close the server, he said yes... i said stop it then, and the server is still running today that was about a year ago, it has switched ip a couple of times but i guarantee its the same server still today and today the name is mickesrpg
