Czy to normalne ze w tfs 0.3.6pl1 nie działa mi funkcja na dodawanie mlvl ?

Chciałem zrobić tak ze po każdym wykonanym Queście dodaje nam 1 mlvl ale nie dodaje mi go za 1 questem dodało mi 99% i dalej nie idzie :(

Wie ktoś jak to naprawić ?
