Gain soul with advance

Hi guys.. i dont know is that good section but... i got a question.
I want to do one thing... to make player get soulpoints ONLY when they advance in level.

For example... Player reaches next level and he gets 5 soul points.
And also if he just kills monsters(like in real tibia to get souls) - he will not get it. ONLY if he advance to next level.

And also where i can change text soul under equipment to other text? ;p

Maybe i should check other server? That was in DeadTouch 3.0b1

Oh, and also is that possible to make skill which will add you hp or mana? (like in Diablo). With advance in this skill player gets more maxhealth or maxmana. Or if this is impossible or too hard, npc who can give more maxhealth/maxmana ?
