Gamemaster and God not able to use commands

i am using theforgottenserver-v0.2.10-win32console but when i create i GM or a God i cannot use any command i get an ingame message saying cannot execute command. any help?

Change the account type number your database to 6 as well.

You dont have the commands in your talkactions folder. Download a other server and put the talkactions folder to your talkactions folder.

Actually I think commands in 0.2 servers are built in. So i think you didn't gave your GM or God the right acesstype to use command,check commands.xml
