• You can't get promotion on Carlin/Thais. Hail queen/king-promotion-yes doesn't work.
• Few monsters disappear sometimes from battlelist. They are close to you but they don't show up on the battlelist.
• Also my game is more fluent on any BR server I played from Europe than on the EU mastercores with 5 ping.

I reported all of this in-game with no answers (few times).

No way. As long as I understood, golden accounts have a free promotion since level 8 (auto).
But you should be allowed to buy it with 20k on a 20+ lvl character.

Me too but not 3 sec, like 0.25 sec. Even when map walking. They have some kind of exhaust even when using sairs.
