The config document is in: htdocs/config/

There u'll find config.php
Just config your file

I got there "config-and-functions".php but this file isnt like config.lua :/ i cant change there anything :S
btw
when i take on mine accmaker localhost/install.php and there i take step X "Configure ACcmaker" or something like this, : You dont have admin access. How to fix it ?
