well here is the thing
i did a page, step by step.
and its fine
yeah u guys will say
DONT USE GESIOR ITS HAXHAXHAX
but idc
ok the problem is:I can see the page, with my no-ip and OtLand, but other ppls cant
and i tryed to change the port to 7173, 8080, and others
and ppl cant see the page

can you guys help me?

Oh and when i change ports to 8080 or others I cant see the page but when i changet back to 80 i can

Use "portcheck.exe" with xampp and see if the ports are in use by some other program :s.

its says xampp is using port 80

If you change default http port to eg. 8090, you must use http://localhost:8090
If it doesn't let you load the webpage, check if firewall/antivirus ain't blocking the connection and be sure that the port is opened on the router.

i did
and changed no-ip to redirect the port's -_

and i still cant

And which program is using 3306. If possible could you post a screenshot of the portcheck.exe?

its not 3306 porblem is port 80 problem ._.

I know that skype is using port 80 thats all, so if you are running skype you can't start xampp so you need to turn it off and then start xampp then you can open it again
