You Need to use an older version of Xampp

You probally going to get another error pdo or whatever when u download old xampp so just do this

alter table `accounts` add `vip_time` INT NOT NULL;

Also make sure your using all the up to date gesior acc

I am using tfs 4.0, and gesior 0.3.7.. and i added that to sql, still didnt change anything :S

You can disable notices in php.ini
Don't know which line just try searching for notices.
