Windows Gesior acc - error DB samples

Hello i had an error when i tried to install Gesior acc at TFS 0.2 with Armonia[8.4] map and i using Xampp 1.7.1v. Version of Gesior acc: "gesior 0.3.1 fixed v1".

On 4 step i have this error(on other acc makers by Gesior i have same error)

Add samples to DB:

Fatal error: Call to a member function fetch() on a non-object in C:\xampp\htdocs\install.php on line 495
