Windows Gesior account maker

Greetings, can anyone help me with a error when i try install mencioned account maker, i found a mensage saying:

C:/Documents and Settings/GameMania-02/Meus documentos/Nova pasta/TFS 0.2.13 modified by Gesior/forgottenserver.s3db - file isn't valid SQLite database.
C:/Documents and Settings/GameMania-02/Meus documentos/Nova pasta/TFS 0.2.13 modified by Gesior/forgottenserver.s3db - doesn't exist.

I thing that i have all right, but i dont know why cannt install, exist any guide step by step?

go to ur config lua
ull find something like

SQL
Type=SQLite or something just replace with mySQL
