Gesior Account Management Black Pages - Uniform Server

I've looked all over the forum, searching with these codes and cant seem to find any post where someone has fixed this problem.

Im using uniform server with gesior.. everything seems to be working except the account page, characters, and a few random other spots.
I've never had this problem before, I have no idea what it could be.

When searching for a character I get:

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any information you need, just let me know. This is the newest version of gesior, and I have tried previous versions to see if it would work, but no luck.
