It will take your upload speed, unless you will use some other host, also, the music can 'lag' for the users with slower internet connection.

Its possible, ive been to a servers website.

I dont remember which one, but it was on otservlist,
and it asked if u wanted to listen to the radio
while viewing the site lol..
