I am using TFS 0.3.6 8.60 "Version 5" so to compile it on linux, how do I get the SVN repository or whatever it is that I need to compile it?

Sadly, that's incorrect. I wouldn't be that comfortable with using this since the person who made these changes is not that experienced in C++.
