Windows Getting MC for only My Acc....

I have the server up, I have an MC but it won't let me have more than 1 char on at a time. If i change it on the config.lua than it allows everyone to Mc if I never do an Mc check. How can I make it so that only I can MC with a char and a God Char or w.e...
