You over-use the gradient overlay, and that wave-bar with the multiple spaced circle's
 
I haven't use gradient overlay on this picture?, Lol xD.. I used color balance and hue ..(something), to make the people and the china street the same color. I used some brush under their feet, to give it more effect..
