There is an item on the stated position that is not supported by the items.otb that the server uses, try to remove the item and any belonging item (if I'm not wrong that is a stone dragon in Zao). Remove all parts of the dragon and try to start your server again and I'm quite sure that the server will start successfully.

About the creature and raid errors, I'm sure that you can figure out what the reason of them are. Good luck!
