It is possible to get it on the ots? I check serval times a day and flower still "dry " all the time.

When the flower is 'blooming' ? Someone knows the hour?
 
What I heard is that the flower is blooming right after the server-save. However I'm not quite sure that the information that I got are legit.
 
Its right after the ss, good luck trying to get it, like 10players log out there and log in at ss to get it.
