Buy a normal PC or laptop that has not integrated video card, such as hp pavilion dv5-1040ew, it lags sometimes, but is playable.

around 2k euro, But it was an while ago my dad bought it and it got that laser login system and such

I passed. But when pressing the long buttom, I get to a further page where it says "Your system is incomplete with %P. Please follow the link below for more information."

And below is nothing else then "Finnish" but when I press"Finnish" I get further to some gta online installer shit... But the program wont install.

Do you have service pack 1 for vista?

Use SP3 for xp and SP1 for vista. Also install latest drivers.
