Windows Guild Problem

I got the forgotten server 3884 rl map 8.6 and i got a in game guild creator but when you say !createguild it gives you a pop up like you reading a book and says
•How to create a guild?

Hello there! Please follow this steps in order to create a guild in Emporia!

•Level requirement: Lv 100
¤Log into your account at Emporia.**********
¤Go to the Guilds sections IN YOUR ACCOUNT and press create guild
¤After that you will be redirected to your guild page!
¤Now you can invite people (Make sure they are offline).. upload guild image, and more!

•MAKE SURE TO BE OFFLINE BEFORE DOING THIS! ELSE IT WILL NOT WORK

How would i fix it where you can create in game. and also says woe guild wars not able or somthing like that.

Well i cant help you with the lua part....

Since this needs lua.

Edits in talkactions.lua + some php i guess if it isnt allready done
tell me if i missed some parts
