• If you own a room in a guildhall please pay monthly rent, it will be listed in the second post of this thread.
• Don't put trash in the guildhall/rooms of other members.
• Don't steal from the rooms of other members!

Breaking any of the rules set above can result in the inability to access the GH or banishment from the guild depending on the severity of the infraction

How to get to the Guildhall

Iron Guildhall's entrance is the level below the depot, west of the Jolly Axeman Tavern and the Armor and Weapon Shops.

Take the boat to Edron, then boat to Cormaya, then steamboat to Kazordoon, then take the Cart to the Shops, walk north and its the first door on the left

Rent for 1 bed rooms is 1.000 gps
Rent for 2 bed rooms is 2.000 gps (Only people with 2 active chars can have these rooms)

You are expected to pay the rent until the end of the month, not doing so and you'll have to pay an extra 50%
If you don't pay for 2 months in a row, you'll lose your room
