hacking ping or something whos on my server crash my site and it don't work i dont no what he do i have site on xamp with all passwords i think he ping me whos know what i must do to block him?

Well, it shouldn't be illegal because the ping system is built-in in windows system with many commands, so if the ping system would be illegal, then the developements by Microsoft would be illegal.

Control Panel -> Windows Firewall -> "Subtab advanced" Click on your actual conection and click settings Click on ICMP and disable "Allow incoming echo request" And i think that should work... Atm i got them all disabled but im not sure if on your computer going to work... And yes you must have windows firewall on...
