Somebody hacks my xampp i need the best protection to xampp and also somebody dupes on my server ( clone items ) how i can solve?

You can solve by switching to uniform server, because Xampp is crap and should have been abandoned a long time ago.

You cant stop dupes (at least not easily, besides keeping a stable server). I have a dupe detection system though if you have some paypal cash <_<
