how can i make when you use a hammer (id.2557) in the item id 12286, it will transform into the item id 12598

Make a new file data/actions/scripts/other/hammer.lua

function onUse(cid, item, fromPosition, itemEx, toPosition)
if(itemEx.itemid == 12286) then 
	doTransformItem(itemEx.uid, 12598)
	return true
end

	return false
end

Now go to
data/actions/actions.xml
Look for <-- Tools --> and add:

<action itemid="2557" event="script" value="tools/hammer.lua"/>
