Linux Hangable items doesn't save after restart of server.

I'm using TFS0.3rc and have some weird problem with items in houses. Some of them like tapestries or decoration doesn't save after restart. I've added one manually to the database (mysql) and have strange error: "WARNING: IOMapSerialize::loadTile(). NULL item at...". Well, after that i change pid of the item to 1 (someone know what is the meaning of pid?) and now there are any error in the console but item isn't appear in the house. I'm not sure that is problem of save or load items in the house. I don't have idea what I should to do cause I'm still learn C/C++.
