Having issues entering server

Hello, I am new and just created an account on the shadowcore website. After creating the account downloaded the IP changer attatched to the website and proceeded to try to enter the game. After usig the ip changer it just says my character is loading. It has been around 10 minutes now and no change has happened. Am I doing something wrong?

Delete all ot-land ip changers from ur pc then download it again from the website

Just did that and downloaded the ip changer from shadowcore website which is an OT-Land ip changer. I tried it again and still has not worked...am i under a wrong setting?
