Lua Healing by Gauze Bandage Help!

Hello i have idea for Healing by Guzue Bandage but i need your help.

This item 10566, use geting autohealing, but this is higher with higher sword/axe/club skills.

And effect is a like healing rune on self.

Can some one help me to do this?

Also item going be destroyed when use.

use a onUseItem event to set storage to example 56665 and make a globalevent to check if you have 56665 storage and then it will heal every player that has it.. simple, fast and lags the server less than addEvent..

and use use 56665 and value : 19 if u want it to heal 19 times and remove 1 value each time executed.. But seriously, not to be mean but if you can't script anything urself.. dont start a server.
