Windows Hello , SQL ERROR Can somone help?

Hello today i wanna ask becouse my BIG problem is error in SQl.
I download OTS (DeadTouch 8.4 client)
In folder i have file DeadTouch.SQL(43 kb's) I copy from this file all text and paste to Database and something wrong..
