Lua [Help] Adaptation spell monster from 1x to 0.4

Hi guys, I found a system made available by Nekiro (Monster spell, teleport to player) that allows the monster to teleport to other players close to it, but the system doesn't seem to work in 0.4, could anyone help me adapt? Thanks!
