help add server on otservlist

when i try add my server to otservlist always i have

Your server has to be online if you want to add it to our list!


now i have players online on my server
the problem started when I change the server from my computer to a vps
my server is
keltera.no-ip.info

u can see the pag and if u wanna connect for seen, but i cant add my server someone can help me?, thanks

Do you have u right ip in config`?!

i was trying with
-localhost
-keltera.no-ip.info
-myip
-mysubdomain

but always i get my server is offline, now im restarting the machine and i wanna try other time

u should have u ip and try restart u internet and pc!

Your server is probably unreachable for the otservlist server.
Be sure that you have walked trough the checklist below.

Checklist;
Is your IP configured the right way in your OTServer? (Your global IP)
Are your ports open on 7171/7172 and are they directing to your machine?
Is your OTServer in the exception list of your firewall/antivirus?
If your firewall blocking any incoming/outgoing connections?

To check your Global IP; whatismyip.com
To check your ports; canyouseeme.org

Just ask if you have other questions regarding this issue.

i have my port 7171 open, and i create a new rules for the firewall alow that port and all :/

Are you sure you changed both ip's to your vps IP? Config.lua/otlist website?
