Were is the file that I would change this in??

I think you'll have to change that in the client, not sure though.
I'm searching the sources for it right now, i'll let you know.

It's clientsided.

from channels.xml:

That's kinda funny, because the help channel message differs from real tibia, So if it was the client wouldn't it be the normal message?

my image compression sucks, had to save it as 8-bit .png
also, .jpg's size to quality ratio is not acceptable
