Compiling Help Compiling TFS 0.3.6

I got error with this "boost".

../otsystem.h:32:29: boost/utility.hpp: No such file or directory
../otsystem.h:33:26: boost/asio.hpp: No such file or directory
../otsystem.h:34:28: boost/thread.hpp: No such file or directory
../otsystem.h:35:29: boost/foreach.hpp: No such file or directory
../otsystem.h:36:32: boost/shared_ptr.hpp: No such file or directory

and others...
Can someone tell me how do I configure Library Directories, Include Directories and Resource Directories.

I downloaded Stian Repack Dev-Cpp, supposed to compile it.
Help please, really urgent!

You should unpack Stian's Repack over Talaturen's.
