Help Gesior Acc 0.3.5 Deaths ERROR REP+

Hello i got that fail i give rep+ f anyone help :]

When any player die example by giant spider, It says on webpage died by a player, If they die 2 times on webpage appear he died 10 times by same player..

If anyone can help me.. VERY THANK
