[Help] Life/Mana Leech/Absorb

Would anyone know how to insert Mana/Life leech and Mana/Life Absorb in TFS 0.4?

I managed to add these attributes to the source following a tutorial,
I add the attributes to items.xlm, they appear on the items but they don't work
