help making vip medal

hi i have made a new vip city for my 8.54 server and i dont know how to make a vip medal. everytime i summon one it lets me write on it. can someone tell me the script to get the vip medal working.also can someone tell me how to get the door so only vip can go in it.

Don't think you can get help, but if you make a TOWN with another ID and making floor ID 4

Town ID: 4
Tile ID(were you shall go to get teleport): 4

Then i don't know anymore, or you go serach function
