Help MyAAC Installation [Cannot connect to the MySQL database]

Hi guys, first of all, an apology if I don't explain myself adequately, my mother language is spanish.
well im gonna give some context, i havent make a server for like 11 years, and i that time i only use to download the server change ip and play.
So now i try to make one i take this post Setting up your first server | OTS Guide (https://docs.otland.net/ots-guide/running-your-first-ot-server/setting-up-your-first-server) as a guide and the server that im trying to use is this one [8.6] [TFS1.3] Alkurius Global & Coustom (https://otland.net/threads/8-6-tfs1-3-alkurius-global-coustom.273912/)
I can open the .exe

but my problem right now its the myacc installation, first i was using uniform serv Zero XIII but when i was pasting the server path, the error was that cand fint the config.lua (then i read that i need it to put a "/" at the end) but before that i read in a post that was the version of the univer so then i change it to uniform serv zero xv, but when i try to make that i got an error that said there was another client using the port so i wasnt able to use that version then i change it again into the version XIII and then i wasnt able to get into phpmyadmin and i put the sql password right, cause i took a photo and also was the same password on my config.lua so i try with xampp i make it work with another port "3307"

so right now when i try to install my myacc this is the error
so idk what to do, im sorry for the huge post

Why not xampp + znoteacc ? Is like copy and paste.
If this is for offline playing, you don't need much to do.
Show config.lua or send full file, from forgottenserver main folder.

okey i already try with znoteacc and now i got this error


but thanks for trying to help i found a way to use port 3306 and i finally made it

for the future if someone see this post and has a problem like this u can use this on CMD running as administrator

netstat -nao|findstr 0.0:3306

then

taskkill /pid (here the pid that u got running that line) / f
