Windows (Help) Need help with Xampp

Can anyone help me set my server using newest version of tfs... i have read all the posts on the earth about how to set up it, but i dont really know how to work with MySql, Xampp and things like that... can anyone explain me what to do?

Thank you very much.. thats a really good tutorial i have red, but, when i enter http://localhost/phpmyadmin in browser, it says the page dont exists... What to do?

Start your Apache client.

If apache server doesn't start properly use portchecker to look up for programs that are using the same ports. Simply close them for the time of turning up Apache.
