[HELP] Need help!

Hello!

Well.. i made this thread because of i got 1 problem with mapping i dont know why its like this..

In the map i mapped some chests in quest and i made action id 2000 and i put a item in and when i start the server and take the chest then i got another chest and when i open it then i find the item..

Please help me to fix to not get 2 chest just the item!
