[Help] NPC Problem with TFS

Well I've been waiting for the new 8.31 Protocol to come out.
So I downloaded it and drug over all my files.

I only took over my NPC (XML + LUA) files,
I didnt touch the Lib Folder.

My NPC's dont sell the stuff, It shows up on the list.
But it doesnt sell/let you buy anything.

Whats Wrong?
