Spell Help Perfect Spell

Well, I have an idea for a magic perfect, but I can not create it, if someone is interested in helping me!

1-The player is paralyzed.
2-Effect appeared to hold, the same as exori san.
3-It changes outifit for Mumia.
4-begins to pluck 30 of life every second.
5-The magic lasted 10 seconds.

If someone get this splendid spell please post the code.

3- CONDITION_OUTFIT
4- POISON LIKE? or event?
5- maybe another event or condition ticks
dunno if this is "perfect" but it can be easily done
