HELP RME Closing

Hello guys,

I've always used RME and never had any problems, but a short time ago it started to close with a few minutes of use, and today, it can't stay open more than 5 minutes.

In my event viewer it looks like this

I've tried different versions of RME, I've updated all the drives, I've even formatted the laptop

I don't know what else to do, if anyone knows how to fix it, I really appreciate it!
