Windows [Help] Server crash..

Hello, guys and excuse me for spamming the threads, but I really need your help ..
When I try to open a server,"server is up and running" .. then after ca 2 seconds its
crashing,it dosn't matter which server it is (New downloaded/Old one), it's always crash.. (Send/Send not) (Close)
Do anyone have any ides? :/ Need help quickly.. Thanks / ViiZi

Maybe you need more RAM?

acuallt i don't need more ram ^^ i've got 3Gig Ram.
And i are suppose to host a "evolution" with that.
Also i've got a good proc~

And i was hosting yesterday, but when i restarted the server its crashed.. (and now everyone server i download to check crash)..
aff....
