Help! Ubuntu ip changer!!

Hello, kinda new to this linux stuff and i want to find a nice Ip changer so i can play on your server! I've been looking around for a while now and i cant find an up to date guide with a changer that works with 9.81.

I would love if someone could help me get one and explain what i have to do to get it to work!
