You need to put the pictures of the images into your item_images folder in your htdocs.
To get the pictures go here Items - TibiaWiki
When you find the picture you want just save it in your item_images folder as the same id of the offer in your database.
Also I think you need to save as .jpg, not sure tho.
So say your first offer in the database is golden armor, you would save the picture of the golden armor as 1.jpg
And 2.jpg for the 2nd offer and so on.
