Windows Help using this files to convert please read

Hiho i got and avesta 7.4 server the data file is based db.db3 system a guy told me is sqlite one
so i wanna convert it to mysql cause i wanna use xampp system because is very easy to use
but xampp doesn't let me upload db.db3 file
so i wanna know how convert that file in something like mysql or file like myschema.sql to could upload it xampp
this guy gives this python files https://github.com/ranisalt/sqlite-to-mysql
but i have no idea how to use if anyone have the patience and time to explain to me please do it i wanna learn cause i need it

they are completly diferent one talk about spr files and this converting data
i dont wanna mix them because when is a big text people get bored if that was your question

Download python for Windows, open cmd and follow the instructions. Perhaps that would be way easier if you do it under Linux.

i got python but the comands made to convert doesnt work with me i use win 8
