Help With commands For TFS 8.40

hi I've been having this problem but i dunno what to do .
for example when i made my "god" character and i try to make any commands for example:/ghost,/t,/goto, it appear You Can Not Execute This Command i put the right group on local host page. but still the same i am tired pls help me!

You have to go to 'accounts' in DB and then write 5 in the 'type' colomn and 3 in 'group' colomn for god. For Gm i think 4 in 'type'

and maby look at ur commands.xml
