Windows Help with CTF Mod

Well guys, I found a mod of CTF event, I configurated it and none error is showing on my TFS 0.4, but, when I open the server, turn on my TFS, the event starts saying that "in one minute, CTF will start!".

I configurated to cancel the event if 1 player or less enter the CTF, ok, but, I enter with 2 players, and after the 1 minute, the event is cancelled, even if I have entered with 2 players.

I came here to ask for someone that can edit the mod, to start the event on some time, that I choose, and if it's possible, to create a talkaction to open CTF, and other talkaction to close CTF if it's opened.

The talkaction that I want is:

/ctf open -- open the CTF event
/ctf close -- close the event, and if some player is in the event, he will be teleported to the main temple of the server.

PLEASE HELP ME! I WANT THIS EVENT IN MY SERVER, BUT ANYBODY HELPED ME!
