Windows Help with Gesior Acc!

ok the page it's really good
but at the moment that im setting up the page
in the steps 6, 7, 8 i get this errors
so i cant load monsters from my ot and spells
not even configure vocations

well i had to change to ver 1.6.5 of xampp
but i lost my database
