my quest system dont work how i change to the OLD quest system?

my OT The Forgotten Server, version 0.3.1 (Crying Damson)

New quest system has to work.

Goto your map editor:
Set action ID 2000 for the chest
You see a bunch of black boxes? Click on one, and choose the item and click Ok.
Then
>Set the Unique ID of the chest to any free unique ID.
So for example, 50197 or 50167. Some random number that isn't already tooken.

but i have to do this for all quest? :s i want better the old quest system
