Help with pvp system

Hello, i was wondering if there is any way to make so that there can only be 150 lvls between two players that are attacking eachother, so if a lvl 400 attacks a lvl 100 it wont work because there is more than 150 lvls between them.

Is this possible to make? if it is, How?

I haven't heard of something like that, although it is probably possible if you edit the sources.

Otherwise, just set the protection level high I guess?
