Okay, Recently i downloaded something called

Apparently this is to contain; Counter Strike and other computer games where you can chat & play with friends.

but i've never heard of Steam

Is this a safe file?

If you want my opinion I think Steam is a safe file If I'm not wrong you need Steam to play Counter Strike online? :S Not realy sure but also you can get a so called Steam account where you can add friends and see what they are playing and so on...

Ofc steam is safe. How else do you play games that you bought in a gamestore.
